PrivaSpeech Terms

License & Use

  • Purchases are licensed per user unless the plan, checkout terms, or a written agreement explicitly says otherwise.
  • You may install on multiple personal devices you own/control.
  • No resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of the app or license keys without permission.
  • Reverse engineering is discouraged but permitted where allowed by law.

Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed via Polar/Stripe. Current self-serve plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee unless different terms are shown at checkout. Refund requests can be sent to support@privaspeech.com.

Privacy

Audio and transcripts stay on-device. Models download from our Cloudflare R2 storage with checksum verification. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Availability & Updates

  • We aim for stability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every setup.
  • Updates may include security fixes or new features; you are responsible for installing them.

User Responsibilities

  • Ensure you have rights to record any audio you process; comply with applicable consent/recording laws.
  • Keep your device and license keys secure.

Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the software.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be highlighted in release notes or on this site.
